Ongoing Projects

 

Market House, Princes Risborough

After an initial survey in 2013 to report on defects to the Grade II* listed building for Princes Risborough Town Council, we are now overseeing repairs to the structural timbers, roof and windows as well as carrying out internal upgrading and redecorations. Click here for photos.

 

 

Reading Synagogue

Following on from a condition survey in 2014, we have provided consultancy services in connection with roof repair works at Reading Synagogue. We secured listed building consent for the works and are currently carrying out the contract administration of the works. Click here for photos.

 

Early 20th Century House in Hampshire

We are currently overseeing an eco retrofit project at a privately owned house in Hampshire. Works have included an air pressure test, condition survey and roofing repair works with installation of solar panels. A complete internal refurbishment is now taking place. Click here for photos.

 

Holy Trinity Church, Cookham

We are currently working with the Fabric Committee to prepare a development plan for the Church including concept drawings, budgets and consulting with the DAC. We are setting out proposals for future development of the church and maintenance of the existing fabric based on their last quinquennial inspection report.

 

Sacred Heart of Jesus, Reading

We are working with project managers, Cragg Management Services Ltd, in connection with the next phase of works at Sacred Heart of Jesus in Reading. An application has been made to the Heritage Lottery Fund for a grant to help carry out the repair works. Click here to see previous repair work we have carried out at this Church.

 

All Saints Church, Binfield

Following on from a survey inspection to identify building defects at All Saints Church in Binfield, Berkshire, we prepared tender documents for the repair works and commissioned an asbestos report. We are now carrying out the contract administration of the works. Click here for photos.

 

Langley Park Hotel

We are currently providing historic building consultancy services in connection with the conversion of this Grade II* listed mansion into a luxury 5* hotel.

 

Grade I Barn in Oxfordshire

After an initial building survey assessment, we are currently providing consultancy services in connection with the repair of the medieval timber frame, re-cladding of the roof and walls, internal adjustments to enhance use as a light-industrial workshop and improvement to the insulation of the barn for thermal performance in order to create a more comfortable working space.
